Terms of Service

Welcome to Tap Champion! By downloading, accessing, or playing our game, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Skender Interactive Studios.

1. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

The use of auto-clickers, macro-bots, modified APKs, or any third-party software to artificially inflate scores is strictly prohibited. Accounts found manipulating scores or exploiting bugs in Global Titan Raids, VS Duels, or any Arcade mode will have their progress wiped, leaderboards purged, and devices permanently banned from network features without warning.

2. In-App Purchases and Refunds

Tap Champion offers optional digital in-app purchases (IAP), such as virtual coins, premium unlocks, and loot boxes. All transactions are securely processed by Google Play.

• Because these are immediate digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable local laws or under Google Play's standard automated refund policies.
• Accidental Purchases: If a purchase was made accidentally, you must request a refund directly through your Google Play Order History within 48 hours of the transaction.
• Account Bans: If your account is suspended or banned for violating our Fair Play Policy, you will lose access to the game and forfeit any purchased digital goods. Skender Interactive Studios will not issue refunds for banned accounts.
• We cannot process refunds directly via support email, as we do not hold or manage your financial information.

3. Virtual Currency & Goods

Tokens, Loot Boxes, Guardians, Champions, Artifacts, and other virtual goods earned or purchased in Tap Champion hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, transferred between accounts, or sold outside the game.

4. Monthly Rewards

Titan Raid payouts and Global Leaderboard medals are awarded based on finalized server-time data. Skender Interactive Studios reserves the right to audit, adjust, or withhold rewards if fraudulent activity or data desyncs are detected.

5. Cloud Saves & Account Security

Users are solely responsible for securing their accounts. If utilizing the manual Cloud Backup system, you must remember your Recovery Code and PIN. Skender Interactive Studios cannot recover accounts if both security credentials are lost, or if a Google Play Games profile is deleted by the user.

6. Code of Conduct

When selecting a Display Name or interacting with the Global Lounge (Quick Chat), players must maintain a respectful environment. Names containing profanity, hate speech, impersonation of studio staff, or offensive material will be forcibly reset, and repeat offenders will face network bans.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tap Champion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Skender Interactive Studios is not liable for data loss, server downtime, or any issues arising from unsupported devices. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or its servers at any time.
